The Planning & Zoning Commission administers the Subdivision Regulations and the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Pomfret. Reference copies of these regulations may be found on the web site. The official regulations are on file with the Town Clerk.
     The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Pomfret Town Hall Conference Room.
     The ZEO holds office hours each Wednesday between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.

Please Note:
**The State fee for all land use applications has gone from $30 to $60 per
application. This is effective October 1, 2009, per Public Act 09-03 of
the June Special Session of the CT General Assembly.
